What You'll Do

- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify and update patient information
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities and a patient-first mindset
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
- Adaptability and professionalism in a busy healthcare environment
- Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training following hire

Preferred Qualifications

- One year of medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

- Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, twist, and perform routine office duties
