About the role

As one of the leading online fashion brands, Princess Polly Retail Stores are nothing short of exhilarating! We create world-class in-store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships. We are looking for a General Manager to lead a passionate, skilled and innovative team that is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

What You'll Do

- Own the full performance of your store, setting the standard for customer experience, team culture and commercial results
- Lead, develop and empower a team of 5+, building future leaders and a crew that genuinely loves coming to work
- Turn feedback from your team and customers into clear action plans that keep the business improving
- Drive sales through client relationships, clienteling and unforgettable in-store moments
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock flow using RFID, keeping the floor full, fresh and shoppable
- Manage scheduling, payroll and HR administration with precision and fairness
- Juggle multiple projects at once, staying calm, organized and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Who You Are

- A proven leader with 3+ years' experience managing a team of 5 or more
- A natural problem solver who troubleshoots quickly and thinks on your feet
- A motivated self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- A relationship builder who earns cooperation and gets results through collaboration
- An owner, through and through. If something isn't working, you fix it
- Experienced with RFID inventory management
- Familiar with Shopify POS (preferred), comfortable in Microsoft Office (preferred) experience a plus

Compensation Range

$95K-$105K annually
