About this role

The Vice President, FP&A and Enterprise Analytics, is responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business intelligence, and decision support. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance through financial insights, analytics, and strategic resource allocation.

This position leads the FP&A and Enterprise Analytics functions and oversees the development of scalable processes, systems, and talent that support informed decision-making, enterprise performance management, and long-term value creation.

Essential Duties:

- Lead the annual operating plan, strategic planning process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models.

- Develop financial strategies that align resources with organizational priorities.

- Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, and investment decision support.

- Lead Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, and performance management capabilities.

- Develop and maintain enterprise financial and operational KPIs.

- Deliver insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability, productivity, pricing, and resource allocation.

- Support acquisitions, capital investments, growth initiatives, and other strategic priorities.

- Drive forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and continuous process improvement.

- Partner with Information Technology and Data & Analytics teams to enhance data and reporting capabilities.

- Lead quarterly business reviews and enterprise performance discussions.

- Build, develop, and lead high-performing FP&A, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.

- CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial certification preferred.

- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Minimum 7 years leading FP&A functions within a large, complex organization.

- Experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Enterprise Performance Management teams.

- Demonstrated success supporting executive leadership, strategic planning, and business performance initiatives.

- Experience building and leading high-performing teams through growth and transformation.

- Experience with modern planning, reporting, and analytics platforms preferred.
