About this role

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc , (SBR) is hiring for Part-Time Behavior Specialists to support the positive, emotional, and behavioral growth of adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Autism.

Requirements:

- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week during daytime hours

- Willing to spend 90% of the workday travelling between sessions

- Own a working computer

Responsibilities:

- Completing a functional assessment

- Developing a Behavioral Support Plan, which includes strategies to support the individual based upon assessment

- The provision of training to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers, and ongoing face-to-face contact/meetings with the person and their team.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Human Services, or related field, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of professional experience working with individuals with ID/A

- Minimum of two years working directly with individuals with ID/A; preferably adults

- Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle

- Proficient and professional writing and communication skills

- Knowledge of web-based data systems
