Role Summary

- Reporting to the Director, Customer Success & Innovation, you will strengthen the relationship between Data & Technology (D&T) and investment and business stakeholders, aligning technology with business strategy and customer outcomes.

- The Customer Success & Innovation team connects customer needs with D&T offerings through technology business partnering, proactive engagement, strategy development and innovation.

- You will help shape future-focused technology strategies, guide transformation and change, and develop a high-performing team that delivers measurable value.

You will be responsible for:

- Partner with customers to understand needs and challenges, connect them with D&T offerings, and monitor customer health, issues and outcomes with technology teams.
- Develop tailored technology strategies, maps and roadmaps aligned with business objectives; advise leadership on strategic technology implications, cost transparency and value delivery.

- Champion core technology programs and D&T priorities; challenge existing processes and collaborate with Technology Product and Services teams to align innovation with business needs.
- Manage and coach Customer Success Analysts or Leads; structure ambiguous challenges using clear problem definition and sound judgment, build stakeholder relationships, and share learning across D&T.
- Stay current with emerging technology and enterprise trends; engage leaders to identify opportunities and support innovative solutions that improve business performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience in technology-driven roles, including technology business partnering or a related function focused on customer experience.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology solutions; familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance; and strong business acumen across strategy, operations, market dynamics and emerging technology.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and team leadership, with experience supporting innovation. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences, influence management using data-based insights, earn trust, coach others, resolve conflict and navigate complexity with resilience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in private markets OR a strong background in technology transformation program management.

- An MBA or MSc is preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $107,000 - $157,000 per year.
