Nights and weekends required- 11a -11pm

Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.
Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip
resistant shoes.
Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
Collect empty bottles and glasses.
Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
Restock liquor bottles.
Refill ice bins.
Remove trash and wipe down drink spills.
Ensure bar area is stocked with necessary supplies.
Maintain receiving records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process. Ensure delivered items are stored
and secured properly.
Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members.
Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and
mopping.
Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food
safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED.
Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members .
Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with
customers and peers.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age to serve alcohol.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively, in English.
Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping,
climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
