In this position...

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Order Management System (OMS) capabilities that power modern commerce experiences.

In this role, you will own products that support the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order processing, fulfillment, inventory visibility, returns, exchanges, and customer service experiences. You will work closely with engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with an understanding of digital commerce, supply chain processes, and enterprise technology platforms.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

You'll have...

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience. This will include:
Experience creating roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.

- 4+ years of experience managing complex digital products or enterprise software solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with Agile product development methodologies.

Even better, you may have...

- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with IBM Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS), other eCommerce platforms, supply chain systems, or fulfillment technologies.
- Knowledge of order lifecycle management, inventory management, fulfillment, and customer service processes.
- Familiarity working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, eCommerce, automotive, consumer products, or logistics industries.
- Passion for exploring innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to help build more intelligent, efficient, and customer-centric commerce experiences.

This position is a salary grade 7 or 8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
