Role Overview

BetterUp is seeking a Senior Sales & Strategy Analytics Manager to own forecasting, pipeline analytics, and planning support for our GTM organization. Reporting into GTM Operations, you'll be the analytical backbone for how leadership understands business performance — turning pipeline and revenue data into the insights that shape strategy, resourcing, and board-level reporting. This is a backfill for a tenured member of the team, stepping into an established function with high executive visibility.

What you'll do:

- Own end-to-end forecasting and pipeline analytics, delivering the reporting GTM leadership and the board rely on for planning
- Lead annual and mid-year planning cycles in partnership with Sales and RevOps leadership — capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting
- Architect domain-level reinvention of forecasting and reporting processes: identify the highest-leverage automation and analytics opportunities, secure resourcing to test them, and install repeatable mechanisms that scale across teams
- Serve as a trusted analytical partner to our Executive Leadership and in particular, our President and Sales Leader, translating complex pipeline and revenue data into clear, decision-ready narratives
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and GTM Systems to keep forecasting methodology, data definitions, and business intelligence reporting aligned and trustworthy
- Mentor and upskill teammates on analytical rigor and forecasting best practices
- Continuously reinvent the function using AI and new technologies as they arise

E.g. - Develop an accurate forecasting model taking into account structured and unstructured data elements
- E.g. - Automate commission process and dispute resolution
- E.g. - Create tools to self-serve data and insights using natural language

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

- 8+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, FP&A, or GTM analytics, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Have built organization or team-wide AI tools to increase efficiencies or effectiveness of revenue operations processes
- Deep experience with forecasting methodology, pipeline analytics, and board/ELT-level reporting
- Strong command of Salesforce and BI tooling
- Proven ability to lead planning cycles (capacity, territory, quota) cross-functionally with Sales and Finance
- Serves as a trusted advisor to Executive leadership spanning Finance, Sales and Executive Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in a startup/hyper-growth environment with evolving GTM motion
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems

Location & Work Arrangement:

- Hub-based, 2 days/week minimum — Austin, NYC, San Francisco, or Arlington VA metro

This role is open to candidates across the US. Please review the above carefully and ensure the applicable model works for your situation before applying.

The base salary range for this role is as follows:

$160,000 – $220,00 USD: New York City and San Francisco

$144,000 – $198,000 USD: All other US locations
