Monarch Landing is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful, engaging experiences that support the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead daily resident activities and programs
- Develop engaging educational, social, and recreational opportunities
- Coordinate programs and services within the Life Enrichment department
- Promote a positive, welcoming community culture
- Create diverse programming that reflects the interests and needs of our residents

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred
- Enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about senior engagement and hospitality
