In this role, you will:

- Support service staff with preparing client deliverables, such as:

o Issuing Certificates of Insurance

o Processing endorsements

o Issuing Auto ID cards

o Assembling/downloading policy documents

o Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management system

o Preparing proposal documents

o Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcile

o Requesting loss runs from carriers

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning
- Complete data entry as needed
- Manage other administration tasks as needed

What you offer us:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of insurance experience required, preferably within an agency
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
- Above average mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a positive team environment, and independently as appropriate

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
