Marketing Partnership Manager

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Marketing Partnership Manager, you will help CommonSpirit Health develop and manage strategic partnerships so they can drive brand recognition, enhance company reputation, and grow the business within the Puget Sound market.

Every day you will lead our sports and entertainment sponsorship portfolio, from initial outreach to final execution. You will be expected to negotiate contracts, manage cross-functional creative collaborations, and measure the ROI of our partnership investments to ensure they align with our broader organizational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in developing partnership marketing strategies, managing sponsorship lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-impact brand messaging.

Job Requirements

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

- 10+ years experience in marketing, sponsorships, or related roles.

- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, either for a brand, a team/property, or an agency.
