As a Senior Product Manager on Amazon’s Omni-Channel and Multi-Publisher Advertising team, you’ll partner with customers and a talented science and engineering team to develop products that enable seamless advertising across display, audio, video, streaming TV, and devices—transforming how brands reach their audiences.
You’ll focus on developing next-generation advertising products that leverage artificial intelligence to simplify campaign management. Your work will involve understanding advertiser challenges through direct customer conversations, collaborating with science and engineering teams to validate product concepts, and driving strategic alignment across Amazon. Key job responsibilities
-Conduct customer research and analyze market trends to define product roadmaps that address advertiser needs across omni-channel and multi-publisher advertising.
-Partner with customers and agencies to understand marketing objectives, pain points, and requirements, translating these insights into product requirements and feature prioritization.
-Design, validate, and launch AI-driven advertising solutions that improve campaign performance and reduce operational complexity.
-Work closely with science and engineering teams to bring innovative product concepts to life, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
-Collaborate with teams across the Amazon ads organization to ensure cohesive product development and successful integration with existing advertising capabilities.
-Align stakeholders on product strategy, priorities, and execution plans to deliver impactful results.
-Present strategic recommendations and product progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and customers through clear storytelling that demonstrates business impact and customer value.
-Build consensus and secure buy-in for product initiatives by articulating the value proposition and ROI.
A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager on our Omni-Channel and Multi-Publisher Advertising team, you'll focus on developing next-generation advertising products that leverage artificial intelligence to simplify campaign management. You'll spend time understanding advertiser challenges through direct customer conversations, collaborating with our science and engineering teams to validate product concepts, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership across Amazon. Your work might include analyzing how advertisers can activate campaigns across our first-party properties and third-party supply through a single interface, or designing AI-powered insights tools that help customers optimize their marketing performance. You'll also participate in cross-functional discussions that shape the broader Amazon advertising ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
- Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
