In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing department by supporting resident care services, coordinating service plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license or healthcare-related certification/license
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Basic computer proficiency
