MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Configuration Manager to join our team at JTF Bravo in Soto Cano, Honduras .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of consistent and reliable system configurations
- Possess a solid understanding of configuration management principles and a developing skillset in configuration identification, control, and auditing
- Assist in the development and implementation of configuration management plans and procedures, ensuring adherence to organizational standards
- Participate in configuration audits, analyzing configuration data, and contributing to the identification of areas for improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating configuration information and supporting the integration of configuration management processes into the development lifecycle
- They support configuration management databases (CMDB), version control systems, and change management processes

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field and 5+ years of configuration management experience. OR an associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
- OR a high school diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience in configuration management, with a focus on analysis, documentation, and auditing.
- Experience with configuration management databases (CMDB) and tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). and change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience with scripting or automation tools.
- Relevant configuration management certifications (e.g., CMII). ITILv4, CompTIA Security+ or similar certification.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

- Must have a current/active Secret clearance
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,800.00-$126,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
