Customer Communications Specialist | Join the BathWorks Team!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
BathWorks of Michigan specializes in Jacuzzi® bath and shower remodeling, and we’re looking for a Customer Communications Specialist who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and hungry to grow.
You’ll be a key part of the customer journey, guiding homeowners from contract signing through their one-day bath remodel and making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited about their project every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with customers by answering questions, providing updates, and being their go-to point of contact
- Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, timelines, and important details
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate project notes and follow-up so no detail gets missed

- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects at once
