About this role

The Marketing Coordinator implements marketing content and maintains accurate information across digital customer touchpoints. This position coordinates new store setup across marketing and ordering platforms, manages menus, SEO/local listings, and supports the marketing team's promotions, partnerships, and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

- Execute content management plans across marketing channels and digital media platforms, and support the Marketing Specialist in content management strategy.

- Implement the promotional calendar and ensure correct advertising placement from internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist marketing team members in the creation and deployment of assets.

- Pull member communications reporting to support communications strategy and deliverability efforts.

- Manage and verify all store listings across search channels, the website, ordering interfaces, and the app.

- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and local listings to improve search engine results page (SERP) rankings.

- Coordinate and execute new store setup, including digital signage and in-store audio in collaboration with IT.

- Onboard new stores to marketing and ordering platforms, test and troubleshoot.

- Set up new stores for first-party mobile ordering and third-party delivery through Olo, DoorDash, and Uber Eats.

- Update kiosk and mobile ordering menu management, including menu information, promotions, and digital assets.

- Support new menu item rollouts and promotions by updating kiosk and mobile ordering menus and assets.

- Coordinate technical support of ordering and delivery platform issues.

- Track and maintain gift card and PumpPal card inventory.

- Support the Marketing Specialist in coordinating the Georgia Southern partnership, promotional events, sports sponsorship opportunities, and activations.

- Assist with charitable giving events, including the annual Fueling the Community Golf Tournament, under the Marketing Specialists coordination.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Required:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop skills preferred

- WordPress or website design skills preferred

- Experience with marketing technology platforms

- Experience with restaurant, retail, or multi-location businesses

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
