Job Title: Supply Chain Associate Job Description The Supply Chain Associate supports the Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team by vetting, establishing, and maintaining a large supplier master database as part of the Source to Pay (S2P) process. This fast-paced, high-volume transactional role focuses on accurately processing supplier data while upholding strict compliance, auditing controls, and confidentiality standards. The position requires regular interaction with internal and external customers and calls for a self-starter who can work independently and adapt to evolving team needs. Responsibilities
- Vet and establish new supplier records within the supplier master database in alignment with established Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
- Process requests to add, change, or inactivate supplier records according to defined policies and procedures.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of a supplier master database of more than 60,000 suppliers.
- Ensure all supplier-related activities comply with internal guidelines, auditing controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive supplier and customer information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve inquiries and data issues.
- Support the SIPS team in continuous process solutions and improvements related to supplier information management.
- Work independently to manage a high volume of transactional tasks while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.
- Adapt to changes in responsibilities and priorities to meet evolving team and business needs.
- Follow documented procedures and contribute to maintaining and updating process documentation as required.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain, supply chain management, or procurement functions.
- Ability to perform high-volume transactional work with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes or similar end-to-end procurement workflows.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in accordance with compliance and auditing standards.
- Capacity to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing responsibilities and priorities within the team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with large supplier master databases or similar large-scale data environments.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and auditing controls related to supplier and procurement data.
- Experience in process-oriented roles supporting procurement or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to contribute to process improvements and solutions within a team setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
