Work Environment This role operates primarily within a very clean, organized, and quiet manufacturing facility that supports high-purity specialty chemical production for advanced industries such as semiconductors and technology. The operation involves distributing chemicals, including acids, ammonia hydroxide, and reagents, in 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes through a down-packing process, where smaller containers are filled from large onsite storage tanks. Chemicals are stored and routed via automation, complex piping systems, and conveyor systems designed to minimize risk and prevent direct chemical contact. The environment is safety-first, with regular facility walkthroughs, safety audits, and hands-on support of manufacturing activities alongside production personnel, engineering teams, and operational leadership. Full PPE is always required on the production floor, including safety-toed shoes and safety glasses, reflecting the facilitys strong focus on personal protection and safe work practices. Team members work in a high-tech setting with robust safety programs, and benefit from opportunities to further develop their knowledge and skills, comprehensive benefits including generous time off and paid holidays, rich medical and dental coverage, job-focused tuition and education reimbursement, and career-long growth opportunities within a dynamic, high-impact environment where their contributions are highly valued.
