About the role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll drive the development and execution of integrated campaigns across the Vehicles & Motorsports portfolio. From Formula 1 and motorsports to street cars and entertainment partnerships, you'll help shape go-to-market plans, identify opportunities to grow audience reach and commercial impact, and bring fan experiences to life through close collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams. This is a 12-month contract and an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, culture, partnerships and play. You'll help deliver key programmes for 2027, using insights and learning to build even stronger campaigns across the portfolio.

- Delivered integrated marketing campaigns with measurable commercial or brand outcomes
- Led marketing communications planning across multiple channels and audiences
- Built campaign strategies informed by audience, commercial and performance insights
- Managed complex stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and external partners
- Evaluated campaign effectiveness using reach, engagement and business performance metrics
- Turned campaign learnings into recommendations that influenced future plans and investment decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed campaign budgets and forecasting activities
- Delivered digital marketing initiatives with measurable audience or engagement growth

- Shape and deliver go-to-market plans for key partnerships, product launches and fan experiences
- Identify opportunities to grow audience reach, engagement and commercial performance
- Create earned and shared activation opportunities with internal and external partners
- Translate campaign performance into recommendations that strengthen future programmes
- Apply learnings from previous activations to help build stronger plans for 2027

You'll join the Vehicles & Motorsports Passion Team within PG Marketing. From Formula 1 and motorsports to street cars and entertainment partnerships, we're responsible for creating meaningful connections between fans, brands and play. We're a team with a visionary outlook, a strong can-do attitude and genuine care for one another. Our work is varied and evolves alongside the industries and partnerships we support. Creativity, adaptability, storytelling and problem-solving help us navigate that environment together. Physical presence is preferred because many of our strongest ideas emerge through close collaboration.
What success looks like
Success means staying focused on a clear ambition while navigating an ever-changing external landscape. You'll help unite a broad network of colleagues and partners around shared goals and contribute to some of the team's most important priorities over the next 12 to 18 months. Working closely with marketers, designers, project managers and analytics specialists across the wider Vehicles & Motorsports organisation, you'll help turn ambitious plans into memorable experiences for fans around the world.
