Job Summary

###
This position is responsible for providing support, as well as developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with contracted providers, with supervision. Enhances provider ease of doing business with HCSC, as directed. This includes issue tracking and resolution, educating, training, identifying trends and evaluating providers to ensure that contractual and financial requirements are adhered to and performed.
###

Required Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:  Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.

- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.

- Analytical skills.

- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays

- Experience working in a managed care, health plan, provider network, or healthcare operations environment.
- Demonstrated experience performing administrative and operational support functions requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track activities, maintain records, manage workflows, and generate reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking projects, and following up on action items.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience reviewing, auditing, or validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with providers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience supporting provider relations, network operations, credentialing, contracting, or healthcare administration functions.
- Ability to identify issues, research solutions, and follow through to resolution with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and follow-up.

This is a Flex role requiring 3 days in the Texas office and 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan  subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

# Base Pay Range
$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
