We are seeking a Consulting Associate, Industrial Hygiene to join our Indianapolis, Indiana office and support our Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) service. In this role, you will contribute to a diverse range of occupational health, industrial hygiene, and environmental health and safety (EHS) projects across industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. You'll gain hands-on field experience, strengthen your consulting and project management skills, and help clients identify and manage workplace health risks while supporting regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Recent graduate to 1 year of industrial hygiene, occupational health, or EHS consulting experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NIOSH sampling methodologies, industrial hygiene principles, and exposure assessment techniques.
- Experience conducting field sampling and monitoring.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred Qualifications

- CIH designation in progress or intent to pursue certification.
- Experience in consulting environments.
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
- OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour certification.
- Experience with noise dosimetry, air sampling, and indoor air quality investigations.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, energy, or chemical sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and exposure monitoring.
- Perform workplace health and safety inspections and audits.
- Assist with development and implementation of industrial hygiene sampling plans.
- Operate and maintain industrial hygiene monitoring equipment.
- Analyze field data and prepare technical reports, recommendations, and client deliverables.
- Support OSHA compliance assessments and health and safety program evaluations.
- Assist in conducting hazard assessments and exposure risk evaluations.
- Coordinate field activities with clients, contractors, laboratories, and internal project teams.
- Support proposal preparation, budgeting, and project planning activities.
- Travel to client locations for field work as required.
