Women's Health and X-ray is pursuing a strategic initiative to add additional value through the development of Digital SaaS solutions. These innovative applications will be layered onto the existing global install base of Mammography (Mammo), Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT), and X-ray devices—transforming hardware into intelligent platforms that deliver enhanced clinical and operational value.
To realize this vision, strong cross-functional leadership and coordination are essential across global teams in the North America, China, and Bangalore. Success will depend on aligning engineering across these locations to deliver ground-breaking solutions that redefine the future of diagnostic imaging.
This role leverages deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within programs; ensures outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Defines execution standards and processes to be followed by all project managers within the program or department.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptual or theoretical activities related to integration of electronic engineering with computer sciences to design and develop computer systems and other technological devices; or conceptual or theoretical activities related to the theoretical foundations of information and computation and their implementation and application in computer systems. Includes work focused on computation of specific results; properties of computational problems; challenges in implementing computations
- Works with a team of computer and data science professionals as well as others. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with at least 4 years experience (or Bachelors in Computer Science or STEM with 8 years of experience) developing complex high technology products
- Experience working with AI products
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals

- Demonstrated skill in data management methods
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/machine learning models at scale, delivering measurable business impact through improved efficiency, revenue growth or automation in real-world environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into ROI-driven AI solutions, including end‑to‑end ownership from problem framing and model development to operationalization, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.
- Experience in medical device development is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in medical imaging AI development is highly desired
- Background in robotics or automation technologies is advantageous.
- Background in automated vehicle or robotic guidance is highly desired
- Demonstrated skill in presentation and influencing skills

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $182,400.00-$273,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
