About this role

Zoetis is seeking a strategic, externally facing investor relations executive to lead the next evolution of its investor engagement strategy and financial communications.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations will serve as the Company's primary investor relations leader and trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. This individual will own Zoetis' global investor relations strategy, shape and evolve the Company's

investment thesis and equity narrative, and serve as the primary spokesperson with investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies.

This is a unique opportunity to build upon the Company's strong foundation while modernizing the Investor Relations function, elevating financial communications, strengthening investor engagement, introducing new technologies, analytics, and best practices that position Zoetis at the forefront of investor relations. The successful candidate will help define the next chapter of Zoetis' story by ensuring the Company's strategy, innovation pipeline, operational execution,

and long-term value creation are consistently and effectively communicated to the investment community.

Initial Priorities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Lead the evolution of Zoetis' investment thesis and long-term equity narrative as the Company enters its next phase of growth.

• Modernize and elevate the Investor Relations function, including processes, technology, governance, and team capabilities.

• Strengthen investor confidence through increasingly proactive, transparent, and data-driven communications.

• Partner closely with Corporate FP&A to improve forecasting insight, financial storytelling, and consistency between internal planning and external messaging.

• Introduce AI-enabled tools, analytics, and emerging technologies that improve market intelligence, organizational effectiveness, and investor engagement.

• Develop a more strategic approach to investor targeting, conference participation, analyst engagement, and shareholder development.

• Serve as the voice of the market by bringing actionable investor feedback, competitive intelligence, valuation insights, and emerging trends back to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations Strategy & Leadership

• Own and evolve the Investor Relations strategy and annual operating plan to support Zoetis' corporate objectives and long-term value creation priorities.

• Develop and steward the Company's value proposition, investment thesis, and consistent messaging across all external financial communications.

• Lead the continued evolution of Zoetis' equity narrative as the Company enters its next chapter of innovation and growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership on market expectations, valuation considerations, shareholder composition, and investor sentiment.

• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and leading investor relations practices to modernize the function and improve organizational effectiveness.

External Spokesperson & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary spokesperson to institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies, positioning

Zoetis' strategy, performance, and outlook with credibility and transparency.

• Manage relationships with key investors and core analysts while leading priority one-on-one meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.

• Build and execute investor targeting strategies to strengthen and diversify the shareholder base across sectors, investment styles, and geographies.

• Gather investor feedback and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

• Develop a more proactive engagement strategy that strengthens ongoing dialogue with investors and reinforces Zoetis' long-term investment story.

Financial Communications & Disclosure Excellence

• Lead quarterly earnings preparation end-to-end, including CFO script development, Q&A preparation, investor presentations, earnings materials, and press releases in partnership with Legal and Corporate Communications.

• Ensure all external financial communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with SEC regulations,

Regulation FD, and applicable exchange requirements.

• Oversee competitive intelligence and peer benchmarking to sharpen differentiation and ensure messaging reflects evolving market dynamics.

• Continuously refine external communications to ensure the Company's financial performance, strategic priorities, innovation pipeline, and capital allocation philosophy are clearly articulated.

Internal Alignment & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, and business leadership to ensure alignment around performance narratives, guidance, disclosures, and strategic initiatives.

• Work closely with Corporate FP&A to improve forecasting transparency, financial insight, and consistency between internal planning and external communications.

• Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the investment community by bringing forward investor perspectives, competitive developments, industry trends, shareholder concerns, and evolving capital markets dynamics that inform executive decision-making.

• Partner broadly across the organization to ensure the Company's external narrative accurately reflects operational execution and long-term strategic priorities.

Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Lead, coach, and develop the Investor Relations team while building a high-performing organization.

• Establish scalable processes, clear priorities, and operational discipline across the function.

• Manage the Investor Relations budget and oversee external partners, including surveillance firms, targeting

consultants, conference relationships, and market intelligence providers.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring exceptional capital markets expertise, executive presence, and the ability to represent one of the world's premier healthcare companies with credibility among institutional investors and the broader financial community.

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline; MBA, CPA and/or CFA

preferred.

• Approximately 15+ years of relevant experience spanning Investor Relations and/or equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy with meaningful public company investor exposure.

• Demonstrated success developing Investor Relations strategy and serving as a senior external spokesperson.

• Deep understanding of valuation methodologies, capital markets, shareholder engagement, financial analysis, and competitive positioning.

• Experience leading quarterly earnings processes and external financial communications at a sophisticated public company.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic information into compelling investment narratives.

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting acumen with an appreciation for how internal planning informs external messaging.

• Experience building, transforming, or modernizing an Investor Relations organization is highly desirable.

• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge legacy processes and introduce new technologies and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve organizational effectiveness and investor engagement.

• Proven ability to advise CEOs, CFOs, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors.

• Strong people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

• Ability to thrive during periods of organizational transformation while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $303,000 - $405,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
