What you will be doing

Albertsons Media Collective is looking for someone passionate about reimagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of data, technology, and operational excellence to drive business growth. As a Lead Digital Analyst on the Sales Operations team, you will play a major role in increasing the effectiveness of the CRM, optimizing sales processes, and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the candidate will serve as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Technology teams to drive process improvement opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization. This person will leverage data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making

Candidates will have a mix of both strong analytical and problem-solving skills, awareness of Salesforce administration, and a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for working with the engineering team on CRM tools, supporting forecasting and sales planning processes, and helping drive the evolution of sales operations programs and best practices.

The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Pleasanton CA or Boise ID, with consideration to Itasca IL and NYC

Main responsibilities:

- Roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds by collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution of highly visible projects

- Working with product engineers to improve CRM processes

- Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, and account analysis

- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance

- Identifying gaps in sales process and implementing process improvements

- Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to drive sales growth

- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of ongoing and ad hoc reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews

- Identify and implement improvements in current workflows to increase efficiency and functionality of the team

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- 4 plus years of experience in a fast paced, analytical, and client-facing role

- Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn

- A history of critical thinking with an ability to tackle unique projects with a problem-solving mindset

- High-impact self-starter

- Operational thinking with the ability to break down issues into solvable components

- Salesforce, Excel, and a willingness to learn new tools
