In this position...

The Communications Manager for Ford Credit is a management level role responsible for driving the strategic internal and external communications strategy for Ford Credit’s business and corporate functions, as well as major transformation projects globally. This role leads major internal and external communications efforts, including global town halls, global internal news, quarterly/annual earnings, media activations, crisis/issues management, etc., and serves as a key strategic partner and deputy to the Director of Communications. The role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment on sensitive, high visibility matters and serve as a communications consultant to leaders and teams within the organization.

You'll have...

- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in Communications

- Progressive experience in communications, journalism or public relations, with demonstrated success in executive communications, crisis/issues management, content creation, internal communications and corporate communications; experience in financial services, banking or automotive industries strongly preferred

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
