DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a CQ Sr. Supervisor – Mkt Quality Regional, located in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil.
Job Overview
The CQ – Mkt Quality Support Hub supports Quality activities within DePuy Synthes by assisting with quality compliance processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in helping ensure products, processes, and systems meet internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. The position offers hands‑on exposure to quality systems in a global medical device organization and provides a strong foundation for growth in Quality and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional partner working in collaboration with Commercial areas and Quality at local level related to the following Quality System Elements; Stop Shipment/Filed Action, Internal Audit Program, doc control, training and KPIs for LATAM region.
- Lead Quality Analyst to execute quality elements related to Doc Control, training and Metrics for LATAM.
- Lead regional quality systems governance model, including local quality SMEs representing related quality elements and pointing their participation at global forums. Consolidate information and define regional strategies for deployment.
- Define and implement quality process models for LATAM, such as; Quality aspect in Master Data/System Adm.
- Shape the Quality Process environment, with focus on simplification and creating new ways of working.
- Oversite of key process related to Mkt Quality and Operations such as; Customer Services (DSI), NPI, QSMR, Stop Shipment/Recall
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Graduation in pharmacy, engineering, or scientific discipline.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Quality Area related to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and compliance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and track information.
- Ability to analyze basic data and prepare clear summaries or reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, internal quality procedures).
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, or quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with standard office and documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Languages: Spanish and English required.
- Travel: Minimal travel may be required (less than 10%), Regional LATAM scope
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
