What We're Looking For:
An experienced Food and Beverage leader that supports the daily operations of the outlet by ensuring efficient service, product quality, and a welcoming guest experience. This role assists the Manager with leading team members, upholds brand and safety standards, and contributes to smooth, well-coordinated outlet operations.

What You Will Do:
- Support the Manager with daily operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with leading, training, and coaching team members to deliver friendly, professional service.
- Manage daily operational staffing needs by reviewing payroll, overseeing scheduling, maintaining labor costs, and adapting based on guest needs and trends.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and visual presentation across all food and beverage offerings.
- Help reduce waste and monitor usage through effective portioning and product controls.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels, stock rotation, and placing orders as directed.
- Support execution of promotions, merchandising, and sales initiatives to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
- Address guest questions, concerns, or service recovery situations promptly and professionally
- Help oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring stations and equipment are properly maintained.
- Assist with tracking performance indicators and recommending operational improvements.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operational flow.
- Maintain reliability to support operational needs and perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Your Experience Includes:
- Minimum two to five years progressive food & beverage leadership experience, in hotel/resort environment or an upscale free-standing restaurant required.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory control, meal planning and staff supervision in food service operations.
- Knowledge of beverage selection, including wine, beer, and liquor preferred; classic and craft cocktails
- Proficient in using POS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
