You will run the day-to-day operations of the program, from developing new processes to executing seasonal strategies, while working closely with global and regional communications, marketing, publishing, and public relations teams. As an internally recognized specialist in the creator space, you will champion significant programs and initiatives and bring new methods and process improvements to how we work with creators. Your focus will be finding and creating mutually beneficial opportunities and programs for Blizzard and our creators.

- Support the growth and development of the program and its creators by identifying needs and defining the metrics and evaluation criteria used to track performance and adjust creator program strategy
- Develop new methods, tools, and process improvements that make the Creator Program more effective and scalable
- Champion a strong Creator Program culture by cultivating trust and belonging, reinforcing community standards, and creating an environment where creators feel respected, supported, and invested in each other's success
- Provide a leadership role for the work group through advanced creator expertise, including guiding teammates and regional partners on creator best practices
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues with creators or programs and bring recommended solutions to leadership
- Develop and execute creator strategies that support seasonal go-to-market (GTM) marketing campaigns
- Partner with regional teams to support and scale community creator initiatives across global markets
- Build strong networks and collaborate with internal teams across PR, Community, Brand, Social, Product Marketing, and more to deliver effective global campaigns
- Maintain a current understanding of new and ongoing trends across global gaming creator ecosystems and within the global World of Warcraft community
- Contribute to discussions on overall brand positioning, strategic planning, communications pillars, content strategy, and marketing opportunities
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (10-20%)
