We are currently looking for a Digital Products & AI Strategy Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. Our team is responsible for shaping the future of Nissan's digital customer experience through connected vehicle technologies, data platforms, mobile applications, AI-driven solutions, and digital products. We work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, customer experience, and innovation to create value for Nissan customers and the broader mobility ecosystem. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world digital product development, data analytics, AI applications, and connected vehicle technologies while collaborating with product managers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders on initiatives that impact millions of customers worldwide.

A Day in the Life :

- Support the evaluation and development of AI and digital product initiatives for Nissan's connected vehicle and mobile ecosystems.
- Analyze customer, vehicle, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Assist in developing business cases, product roadmaps, and executive presentations for emerging digital capabilities.
- Conduct market and competitive research on connected vehicle services, mobility trends, AI technologies, and digital customer experiences.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving product management, data strategy, customer experience, and technology innovation.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required:

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, or a related field.
- Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Interest in AI, digital products, customer experience, connected vehicles, or emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data analysis, research, or digital product-related projects is preferred.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
