The Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter (Temporary) to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, build and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while driving hiring results and ensuring a consistent, compliant recruitment process.
**This position pays between $40.00-$42.00/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Qualifying Candidates
- Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements and hiring manager expectations.
- Maintain organized and updated talent pipelines with timely follow‑up.
Coordinating Interviews
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics across all stages of the hiring process.
- Collect, organize, and follow up on hiring manager feedback.
- Ensure timely updates to both candidates and leaders to maintain momentum in the hiring process.
Building Relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on labor markets, candidate trends, and sourcing strategy.
- Promote a strong candidate experience through proactive communication, expectation setting, and timely closure of interview loops.
- Support internal candidate processes to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements:
Experience
- 3+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience , ideally in healthcare, corporate, or operational environments.
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Workday ATS .
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage candidate flow, track progress, and follow established recruiting processes and compliance standards.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring leaders.
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and standard recruiting practices.
- Familiarity with EEO guidelines, fair hiring standards, and general labor market trends.
- Ability to apply good judgment and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
