The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's talent acquisition strategy and recruiting outcomes. This role is responsible for leading full life cycle recruitment initiatives, developing and managing a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The Talent Acquisition Manager drives process excellence, leverages data and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies, and ensures the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Recruitment Delivery
- Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions, levels, and geographies.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning objectives.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent community engagement.
- Leverage innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, and external partnerships to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve hiring goals and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Drive adoption of best practices, innovative recruiting methodologies, and efficient workflows.
Stakeholder Partnership & Talent Advisory
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by providing labor market intelligence, competitive insights, talent availability trends, and recruitment recommendations.
- Influence hiring decisions and workforce planning through data-driven insights and consultative expertise.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and effective recruitment support.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, speed, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks while implementing scalable and repeatable recruiting practices.
- Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and recruitment technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Promote standardized recruiting practices while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
- Develop and present insights and recommendations to leadership using data and market intelligence.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational performance.
- Utilize workforce and labor market data to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Talent Attraction & Market Engagement
- Support and enhance employer branding efforts in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate team sourcing channels and usage across team to ensure recruitment effectiveness and return on investment.
- Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors as needed.
Diversity, Compliance & Governance
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- ## Maintain awareness of evolving labor market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical and innovation focused talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategy in a complex, multi-functional organization.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading recruitment transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience utilizing talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools.
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions or global environments.
- Strong negotiation and talent advisory capabilities.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,400.00 and $203,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
