About Our Internship Program
Your internship is more than a summer experience. It’s a chance to explore what’s next. During Associated Bank’s 12-week internship program, you’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience and build real-world skills while exploring career possibilities and discovering where your interests and strengths could take you. You’ll grow your network and learn from mentors and colleagues across the organization, all while experiencing our culture, values and mission in action and discovering what it’s like to build your career at Associated Bank.
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities.
- Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work, and assigned deliverables.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and requisition review activities.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction activities.
- Take part in emerging talent programs and engagement initiatives, including networking and professional development events.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and operational initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's Degree Student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
Preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use AI to research, organize information, and improve processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle confidential information

For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
