Job Description

The Wholesale B2B & Sales Tool Specialist I supports the development, execution, and maintenance of wholesale sales tools, B2B platforms, and seasonal selling resources that enable successful assortment presentations and order entry across wholesale channels.

This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot, and a passion for creating accurate, compelling, and user-friendly sales tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing projects from concept to completion, and is excited about the intersection of wholesale, technology and product storytelling.

What you'll get to do:

Sales Tool Development & Execution

- Support the seasonal creation, review, and distribution of wholesale sales tools, including workbooks, SKU lists, product imagery, fit guides, sell-in presentations, and supporting resources. 
- Coordinate asset collection across Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. 
- Review sales tool content to ensure product information, imagery, pricing, and timelines are accurate and consistent. 
- Assist in developing enhanced sales tools utilizing new imagery formats, AI-generated content, and evolving product storytelling strategies.

B2B Platform Management

- Responsible for the seasonal build and maintenance of the B2B environment, ensuring all product data, imagery, pricing, and sales resources are accurate and ready for wholesale sell-in. 
- Assist with onboarding new users, troubleshooting issues, and responding to sales team inquiries. 
- Perform routine audits to ensure product information, images, pricing, and sales resources are current and accurate. 
- Help identify opportunities to improve the wholesale customer experience through platform enhancements.

Project Coordination

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for assigned seasonal initiatives. 
- Partner with internal stakeholders to track milestones and ensure sales tools are delivered on schedule. 
- Coordinate asset requests, approvals, and final execution across multiple departments. 
- Support ongoing process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Sales Team Support

- Serve as a resource for sales teams regarding sales tools, B2B functionality, and product information. 
- Assist with seasonal sales meetings, training resources, and sales enablement initiatives. 
- Maintain and update wholesale communication resources and documentation.

Qualifications

Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.  
- 1+ years of experience in wholesale, sales operations, merchandising, project coordination, marketing, or related fields. 
- Strong organizational and project management skills. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. 
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships. 
- Experience with wholesale B2B platforms such as Elastic Suite or similar systems. 
- Experience working with product data, catalogs, sales tools, or digital asset management systems. 
- Knowledge of apparel, footwear, or consumer product industries. 
- Familiarity with AI-generated imagery, digital product content, or sales enablement tools. 
- Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 or comparable platforms.

The hourly range for this role is $28.65/hr - $33.65/hr.
