About this role

Job Title: Recruiter II Job Description The Recruiter II plays a key role in driving high-volume hiring across multiple locations by managing full life cycle recruitment, overseeing requisition pipelines, and providing clear, data-driven business updates. This position focuses on project management within talent acquisition, reporting on recruiting metrics, and supporting 4050 sites at a time. The role is fully onsite and ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment and is comfortable leveraging AI and data to move the business forward. Responsibilities

- Manage full life cycle recruiting processes, including intake, candidate management, interviewing, and closing candidates across a high volume of requisitions.
- Handle requisition management for approximately 4050 sites at a time, ensuring timely progress and consistent follow-through on all open roles.
- Report regularly on recruiting metrics and business performance, providing clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.
- Use data to track pipeline health, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute project management activities within talent acquisition, including planning, organizing, and tracking recruiting initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver written business updates, status reports, and summaries that clearly communicate hiring progress and challenges.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance recruiting processes, such as improving candidate screening, reporting, or workflow automation.
- Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment between business priorities and recruiting activities.
- Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, such as implementing new AI functions or reporting practices related to recruiting metrics and business performance.

Essential Skills

- Demonstrated experience in full life cycle recruiting, including closing candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Strong project management skills within a talent acquisition or recruitment setting.
- Ability to provide clear, concise business updates, with strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency working with data, including interpreting metrics and using data to inform decisions and reporting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or solutions in recruiting or related business processes.
- Proven ability to manage a large requisition load and support many sites simultaneously.
- talent acquisition or recruitment rather than generalist HR, with emphasis on volume hiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in large technology or corporate environments is highly valued, particularly with high-volume recruiting.
- student programs, campus hiring, client lead roles, or recruitment business partner (RBP) roles is a strong plus.
- Experience implementing AI functions or enhancements within recruiting or HR systems is beneficial.
- Prior responsibility for data reporting on business metrics related to recruitment or workforce planning is advantageous.
- Ability to quantify and articulate previous requisition volume and broader contributions to recruiting operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Work Environment This role is 100% onsite, with work based in Arlington, Seattle, Nashville, or Bellevue. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, centered on supporting a large number of sites and managing significant recruiting volume. Workdays involve frequent interaction with stakeholders, extensive use of data and AI-driven tools, and regular reporting on business metrics. The setting is a corporate office environment with standard business attire, and the role requires consistent in-person presence to engage with teams and maintain close alignment with business priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
