Job Description:
Organizational Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Generalist

· Functional and technical knowledge of a wide range of workstations, equipment, machines, and roles throughout the facility

· Computer skills: Workday, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Description of Duties:
· Help Trainer prepare daily activities for new hires
· Help train new hires on the production floor training line and throughout the facility
· Act as back-up for New Hire Orientation (NEO) facilitator
· Responsible for security, cleanliness, and 6S organization of training area(s) and maintaining inventory accuracy
· Lead new employees to ensure skills development and safety objectives are achieved
· Motivate new employees to perform their best and familiarize them with MasterBrand practices, organizational culture, processes, and policies
· Effectively partner with plant leadership and other HR staff to anticipate and respond to training and staffing needs
· Assist with hiring events and employee engagement activities
· Participates in physical inventory
· Occasionally work overtime and weekends
· Other duties as assigned
