Sales Assistant and Boat Delivery Specialist (FT, Year round)
Summary: The Sales Assistant and Boat Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in delivery an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. This position is responsible for executing comprehensive boat deliveries, ensuring new owners receive an in-depth orientation on operating their vessel safely and confidently, while supporting day-to-day sales department logistics. As the final point of contact in the sales process, you will embody Seattle Boat & Bayside Marine's commitment to providing enthusiastic, sincere, and high-quality customer service.

Compensation: $24/hour DOE + Incentives
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
Location: Bayside Marine (Everett)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform routine cleaning, washing, wiping down, and detailing of dealership inventory on sales floors, docks, and storage areas to ensure every boat maintains a show-ready condition.
- Coordinate with marina, and service teams for necessary boat movements, prep, and launches prior to deliveries or demos.
- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization or workspaces, delivery staging areas, and company delivery vehicles.
- Schedule and conduct comprehensive delivery orientations for buyers, guiding them through vessel operation, safety features, maintenance basics, and equipment overviews.
- Safely tow, launch, haul, and transport boats to and from delivery or other locations.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups with customers to resolve outstanding items, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist in resolving any post-sale or pre-delivery vessel issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required :
- 18 Years of age or older
- Boating & Trailering Experience
Strong working knowledge of boat operation, handling, and safety procedures on the water. Proven experience towing, backing, and launching boat trailers.

- Ability to learn a marine management software (DockMaster and SpeedyDock)
- Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
