About the Position
In this remote role, you will work directly with members who are looking for information about available benefit programs. You’ll help guide them through the process, answer questions, and ensure each interaction is handled professionally and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with members through phone and virtual communication
- Scheduling and hosting online appointments
- Explaining available benefit options in a simple and professional way
- Assisting with digital forms, applications, and documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and follow-up information
- Participating in training, coaching, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with people and working in a virtual environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and positive approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Basic computer and digital communication skills
- Previous customer service, sales, or client support experience is helpful but not required
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
