Primary Purpose

The ChemCare District Supplier Manager oversees supplier relationships, performance, and communication to support waste disposal operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring service excellence, cost management, regulatory compliance, and effective execution of supplier and supply chain optimization initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Manage Supplier Relationships: Coordinate with suppliers to resolve service issues, billing discrepancies, cost inquiries, and operational concerns while communicating updates to internal stakeholders.

- Maintain Supplier Data: Manage supplier records, approvals, rate sheets, regulatory documentation, and system updates across SAP and SharePoint.

- Optimize Supply Chain: Lead supplier and disposal network optimization projects, including onboarding new TSDFs and implementing supply plan improvements.

- Support Strategic Projects: Assist with supplier transitions, facility moves, consolidations, and business integration activities.

- Analyze Performance: Track supplier performance, maintain KPIs and reporting, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

- Conduct Audits: Support low-risk supplier audits and periodic facility visits to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Need:

- 3+ years of SAP/ERP experience and reporting/analytics experience

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization

- Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally

- Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, environmental services, or solid waste operations preferred

- This is a hybrid-based role that will report out of our Phoenix, AZ location
