RH is seeking a Project Leader, Optimization Team, Communications, to lead clear, timely, and elevated communications for our customer-facing teams. This role turns complex product, pricing, availability, and operational updates into concise, actionable messaging that helps teams serve clients with confidence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and an exceptional writer and communicator who is passionate about product and thrives through teamwork and collaboration.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the communications process from intake through research, drafting, review, approval, publication and follow-up; lead the communications calendar and maintain clear documentation and version control
- Stay connected and informed about changing business strategies and partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Operations, Field Teams and other business leaders to gather information, clarify intent and confirm accuracy before publication
- Translate complex product and operational details into concise, actionable communications that are easy for customer-facing and Delight teams to understand and use
- Develop strong knowledge of the RH assortment, support Merchant Q&A by researching product questions and coordinating accurate answers with cross-functional partners and create elevated announcements, FAQs, guides, selling tools and other resources
- Identify business needs and implement practical solutions and process improvements that increase accuracy, consistency and efficiency
- Monitor field feedback and recurring questions to improve communications and keep resources relevant, accurate and easy to navigate
- Build trusted cross-functional relationships and contribute as a flexible team member as priorities and business needs evolve

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, content development, retail operations, project coordination or related work; luxury retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to edit, simplify and organize complex information for different audiences
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, details, stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong industry knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and communicate technical details related to materials, craftsmanship, construction, care, availability and product performance
- Collaborative team player with proven experience building relationships and working cross-functionally with business leaders and Field Teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Salesforce or content-publishing platforms preferred, along with curiosity about the responsible use of AI and emerging tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and content creation
- Occasional travel for team meetings, training sessions, or product launches as needed
- Occasionally lift and transport up to 20 lbs. of materials or product samples when supporting training or education initiatives
- Occasionally support work outside of business hours to meet deadlines aligned with product launches and field needs
