Senior Data Center Architecture Program Manager

Location: Odessa, TX   |   Work model: Hybrid, with site travel

About the role

Senior program leader for the data center architecture portfolio. Owns the hardest multi-site programs end to end and sets the standards the rest of the PM team follows.

What you'll do

- Own the most complex or highest-risk data center build and expansion programs.

- Define reference architectures and program playbooks with design and operations leads.

- Manage general contractors, A&E firms, and OEMs against schedule and budget.

- Drive long-lead procurement strategy for power, cooling, and network equipment.

- Lead executive-level program reviews and capital gate approvals.

- Mentor program managers and improve portfolio governance.

What we're looking for

- 8+ years owning data center or large capital infrastructure programs.

- Track record delivering multi-million-dollar builds on schedule.

- Deep fluency in data center electrical and mechanical design tradeoffs.

- Proven management of GC/A&E/OEM ecosystems.

- Executive communication and capital-approval experience.

- Willing to travel to sites.

Nice to have

- PMP, PE, or CM credential.

- Hyperscale or AI data center program experience.

- Experience opening new markets or greenfield sites.

- Prior team leadership or people management.

Compensation

- Full-Time, Exempt
- $190,000 – $240,000/year, DOE and Location
