Job Summary

Provides expert legal guidance and support on various business matters. Ensures compliance with laws and regulations to protect the company's interests. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Provides general business legal advice or legal advice in a specialized area.
• Anticipates on business developments and provides the necessary (preventive) conditions.
• Involves the legal expertise of other legal experts either internally e.g. Group Legal or of the Legal Counsel of the involved Market, or from external legal experts.
• Anticipates on business developments and tries to prevent potential future legal risks from materializing.
• Advises business management on legal implications of transactions, organizational developments, etc., and manages legal projects as an individual contributor.
• Ensures pre-sales activities follow the M2OProcess and adds value to the overall End-to-end process.
• Ensures close collaboration on relevant legal aspects between the sales teams and the Systems Center.
• Clarifies & manages requirements towards execution in all relevant areas.

Critical Experiences
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with a strong foundation in business or corporate law.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, focusing on business law, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Active membership in the bar association of the relevant jurisdiction, allowing the practice of law.
