2027 Global Private Bank Training Program – Full Time Analyst – Hong Kong

Job Summary
As a Full Time Analyst in the Global Private Bank Program in Hong Kong, you will develop a strong foundation in wealth management by learning how we deliver tailored solutions across investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. You will build analytical and relationship skills through structured training and hands-on experience while collaborating with partners across the platform. You will be hired into either the Advisor track or the Investment Solutions track, while working closely with teammates across both tracks to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your program will begin with a month-long immersive induction training, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives, and build global networks. For the entirety of the Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly inquisitive, focused and pro-active
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
- Expected graduation date of September 2026 – July 2027
- Available to start full-time employment from July 2027 onwards
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Fluent in an Asian language (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) is preferred as the role will focus on client engagement and business development for Asian clients
