Overview

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring assigned T1 factories and subcontractors comply with Crocs quality standards, processes, and policies throughout product development and production. The Quality Engineer drives timely resolution of quality issues, supports effective quality control execution, and works closely with factory teams to strengthen the quality management system and promote a strong quality-ownership mindset. The Quality Engineer will report to the Quality Manager.

What You'll Do

- Drive quality issue resolution across development, trials, DMF/A activities, and new-style risk assessments.

- Manage product standards, QA sampling plans, testing matrices, first-batch evaluations, and AQL final inspections.

- Communicate complaints, returns, failure analysis, corrective actions, and closure status with key stakeholders.

- Maintain quality control systems, SOP compliance, line audit discipline, and quality tool deployment.

- Track supplier quality performance (KPI), Crocs requirement compliance, B/C-grade product control, and disposition status.

What You'll Bring to the Table

- College graduate with a minimum of 4 years of quality engineering or inspection experience in the footwear industry.

- Strong knowledge of footwear development, commercialization, materials, and shoemaking processes.

- Effective communication, negotiation, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new knowledge and quality practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication; Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
