About the Role

Join our global Finance team as a Collections Analyst and play a key role in managing customer accounts across the APAC region. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments, resolve invoice-related queries, improve cash flow, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the APAC region.
- Conduct collection activities through phone and email communication.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Research and follow up on outstanding invoices and unallocated cash.
- Apply customer payments accurately within SAP.
- Provide customers with invoice copies, statements, and payment-related information.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve collection performance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team goals.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or a similar Finance role.
- Experience using SAP HANA, Salesforce, or other ERP systems .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to negotiate professionally and handle customer conversations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to collaborate across teams.
