About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline. Lush landscaping around the rooftop pool and terrace will create an urban oasis, echoing the greenery of the KLCC Park below.

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district. The Hotel is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

The latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travelers, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be conveniently located in close proximity to the city’s major attractions, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Often referred to as a “city within a city,” the KLCC will offer designer shopping, fine dining, and the best of the city’s electric nightlife. Guest Services Supervisor - Executive Club

The Guest Services Supervisor – Executive Club is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for guests. This role supervises the Executive Club team, maintains the highest standards of luxury service, and acts as a key point of contact for VIP and Club Lounge guests. The Supervisor plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting operational efficiency and team development.

What You Will Do:

- Supervise the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support Executive Club colleagues to deliver personalized and engaging guest experiences.
- Welcome, recognize, and assist VIP guests, long-stay guests, and Executive Club guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure smooth execution of all Club Lounge services, including breakfast, afternoon refreshments, evening cocktails, and other guest offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, implementing effective service recovery when needed.
- Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards at all times.
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests when required.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Support training, coaching, and performance development of Executive Club colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and assist with inventory management and lounge supplies.
- Act as Manager on Duty or support Front Office operations when assigned.

What You Bring:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office, Executive Club Lounge, Guest Relations, or a similar luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and personalized hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and handle challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
