Job Description
Associa Mid-Atlantic is growing, and I am looking for a dynamic leader whos ready to help shape the future of developing communities across PA, NJ, DE.
This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days in office 2 days remote/travel) based in my King of Prussia office. This role is perfect for someone who loves the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of developing communities.
Think of this role as part strategist, part community builder, part operations guru with a dash of no two days are ever the same.
Role/Responsibility:
*Oversee small portfolio, and serve as the primary liaison between developers, boards, residents, and internal teams.
*Lead, support, mentor and train managers overseeing developing communities
*Guide new community launches, governance setup, and operational structure
*Partner closely with developers/builders to ensure smooth transitions and strong relationships
*Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational excellence
*Drive resident engagement and retention strategies
*Coordinate with customer service, accounting, maintenance, vendors
*Resolve escalated issues and prepare reports/presentations
*Support marketing, outreach, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements
? What You Bring
*5–7+ years managing developing communities
*7-10 years in Association management
*Strong customer service and resident relationship-building skills
*Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
*Solid understanding of community association or residential management
*Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
*Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
*Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve operations
*Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Proficiency with office software and association management systems
*Prior experience specifically focused on developing communities
