MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Join our Hong Kong & Macao marketing team in a dynamic role integrating Digital Marketing & CRM with Trade & Retail Marketing. As Marketing Executive, you will drive local commercial execution and brand growth—translating global strategies into compelling, localized activations and seamless omni-channel campaigns across our 9 boutique networks and digital platform.

This role offers an immersive 360-degree view of luxury retail marketing, combining launch readiness, promotion planning, client activation, retail experience, and performance analytics. It is an ideal growth platform for a motivated, detail-oriented marketer seeking to build strong business acumen, data-driven strategic thinking, and an all-rounded career.

DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Trade & Retail Marketing Optimization

• In-Store Experience & Retail Animations : Localize and execute client animation across boutique networks and counters to elevate brand prestige and drive store foot traffic.

• Channel Promotions & Mall Partnerships : Support the end-to-end execution of brand promotional offers, generosity mechanics, and shopping mall activations. Systematically build centralized reference guides for store teams and track promotional effectiveness across channels.

• Post-Activation Commercial Insights : Conduct post-event client experience evaluations, capturing ROI takeaways and operational learnings to continuously optimize future activations.

2. 360° Campaign Deployment & Marketing Operation

• CRM Communication & Clienteling Setup : Coordinate setup for CRM campaign outreach, including e-newsletter, targeted digital messaging push, and compiling structured clienteling toolkits.

• Visual Merchandising Guideline Adaptation & Rollout : Support in adapting launch guidelines, ensuring clear counter display instructions, and POSM allocations are effectively communicated.

• Digital Media Preparation : Drive the preparation and localization of paid digital media assets across channels, ensuring seamless asset delivery.

• E-Commerce Launch Preparation : Align product launch timelines by preparing product descriptions, and imagery materials to ensure smooth e-commerce rollouts.

3. Business Performance & Data Analytics

• Product Performance Tracking : Monitor weekly animation performance and contribute to monthly category reviews to evaluate product and channel growth momentum.

• Digital & CRM Insights : Extract and analyze cross-channel data across CRM, e-commerce, and digital platforms to monitor owned platform performance metrics.

• Competitor Research & Market Intelligence : Conduct regular tracking of competitor landscapes, including local trade promotions, retail activations, new product launches, digital/social media campaigns, and pricing strategies to inform actionable market insights.

4. Operational Excellence

• Administration & Procurement : Oversee marketing procurement, purchase orders, budget tracking logs, and vendor invoice processing to ensure operational accuracy.

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration : Maintain clear, collaborative relationships with both back office and store team to ensure smooth execution.

• Agency & External Partner Liaison : Partner with external production agencies and suppliers to coordinate brief alignment, production schedules, and high-quality material execution.

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within luxury industry

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach

• Able to stay flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
