## Role overview
We are seeking a senior business leader to build and scale Schneider Audio in India. The Business Head will own the business end-to-end, including P&L, product portfolio, go-to-market strategy, sales, distribution and team leadership.
## Key responsibilities

- Define and execute the business strategy, annual operating plan and growth priorities for Schneider Audio in India.
- Own the business P&L, delivering revenue growth, profitability and sustainable market expansion.
- Build and manage a competitive portfolio across soundbars, home theatre systems, portable speakers and party speakers.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce and other relevant channels.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts and other channel partners.
- Set pricing architecture, channel margins, schemes and commercial terms to support growth and profitability.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, product launches and market expansion.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen Schneider Audio’s positioning, visibility and consideration among Indian consumers.
- Work cross-functionally with product, supply chain, finance and customer service teams to deliver business plans.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing Schneider Audio team.

Ideal candidate

- Senior leadership experience in consumer audio, consumer electronics or a closely related category in India.
- Proven ownership of a business or category P&L, with a track record of profitable growth.
- Strong experience across sales, distribution, channel development and go-to-market execution.
- Knowledge of consumer audio products, portfolio planning, pricing and competitive dynamics.
- Experience working across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce and key accounts.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to build a business, establish a brand and lead teams in a competitive market.
