Job Purpose
This position is responsible for accounts, finance and commercial functions including taxation matters for the business
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all business reporting, MIS, Analysis.
Support in implementing IFC inhouse testing for Agri division
Assist in achieving positive cashflow as per ABP and to help reducing corporate borrowings
To manage counter trade for businesses.
Ensure and Assist in succesful completion of all entity statutory and internal audit, Compliance with all type of audit procedure.
Enahnced visibility on negative networth companies by having a clear action plan either to have profitability or to wind up the company
Work closely with CFO in achieving additional savings as defined in ABP
Supervise & authorize tasks as directed by Manager
Educational Qualifications
CA / ICWA
Desired Profile (Experience)
6-8 years post qualification
Industry Preference
Preferably Manufacturing or trading
