Inventory Responsibilities:

- Perform weekly lot audits to account for all used vehicles.

- Assist the Inventory Manager by organizing second keys, sales jackets, and service records.

- Print and apply window stickers for vehicles when requested.

- Replace key fob batteries, as needed.

- Take photos of all sales inventory (new and used), ensuring vehicles are prepared for optimal presentation.

- Prepare vehicles for photos by attaching license plates and arranging floor mats.

- Dry vehicles for photography during adverse weather conditions.

- Keep the photo bay clean and organized. Ensure all photo devices are charged and functional.

- Photograph and track photographed vehicles using the service tracker.

Miscellaneous Duties:

- Act as a runner for auctions, wholesalers, and Seattle MINI as needed.

- Assist porters with vehicle check-ins during busy periods.

- Support other dealership operations as time permits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using digital devices for photography and inventory tracking.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, reconditioning, or a related role.

- Familiarity with dealership management systems and vehicle reconditioning processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Valid Washington State drivers license with a clean driving record.
